Jinja City House was the first real estate project undertaken by the Fund outside Kampala, further underscoring the Fund’s commitment to contributing to the country's economic development. The Fund constructed a state-of-the-art commercial building that changed the skyline of Jinja town. The structure is located on Plot 2-4, Lubas Road in Jinja Municipality.

Jinja City House is a modern retail and office complex comprising four (4) floors with a total built-up area of approximately 1,500m2.
