In the month of December 2009, NSSF paid UGX 4.4 billion to 647 beneficiaries. This represents a 25% increase compared to 3.5 billion shillings paid out in December 2008.Full payment details can be accessed at any of our 24 offices countrywide. NSSF will continue to publish lists of beneficiaries paid per month and in order to dispel misinformation that the Fund does not pay benefits and also to inform members who have claimed when their benefits are paid. The NSSF Act provides for payment of the following benefits: Age, Invalidity, Emigration, Withdrawal/Exempted Employment and Survivor’s benefits to eligible members.
