The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) is a Provident Fund mandated to provide social security to its members as prescribed by law under CAP 222 through efficient and effective management of members’ contributions. The NSSF asset base is currently 1.4 trillion, making NSSF one of the largest players in Uganda’s economic sector.

Main Purpose of the Job:

The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring that employees and managers understand and implement the policies and procedures in the staff handbook. She/He coordinates the recruitment process, and coordinates employee welfare issues
